The unanimous Declaration of the
thirteen united States of America
As important as the United States Constitution is, I think it imperative to understand that our Declaration of Independence is the one document responsible for laying the
foundation for freedom and liberty and literally gives the Constitution it's meaning. As we
embark on a basic discussion of the Declaration, I hope you, the
reader, will clearly see the very disturbing parallels between what the
colonists went through with King George III and what We the People are
facing with our very own government on our very own shores!
Have you ever read the Declaration of Independence? I am ashamed to say
that the first time I read it I was well into my 30's! As a result of
that first exposure to the entirety of the document, I realized
something very alarming. A major portion of the Declaration is composed
of a list of the grievances the colonists had against King George III.
It was a line item indictment explaining why the colonies were seceding
from Great Britain. As I was reading the reasons why the colonies had
decided it was time to break away, it became quite clear that our own
government today is probably the most tyrannical and evil entity ever to
exist on the planet and that I would much rather go up against the
likes of King George III than I would deal with what we are facing in
America today. King George should be considered a baby tyrant compared
to the kings and tyrants we have controlling the Federal Reserve and
Washington today!
Our
Founding
Fathers pledged their lives, fortunes and sacred honor when
they put their signatures on the Declaration of Independence. The
Declaration was 56 brave men telling King George III that they were
through with his tyranny. They were through with British rule and were
legally separating themselves from the Crown to become a sovereign
nation. In that, the Founders listed their grievances with King George
knowing that each man would be hunted and if caught would be considered
traitors; which carried the penalty of death. If you want to read what

However, his father has written the above referenced article that I feel is well worth the read.
Now
we
shall examine the principles of freedom our Founding Fathers were
willing to die for, as set forth in the Declaration of Independence...
Paragraph
1
"When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one
people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with
another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and
equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle
them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they
should declare the causes which impel them to the separation."
In this opening paragraph, our
Founders are explaining in broad terms the reason behind why they had
created the Declaration document. Let me try and explain or paraphrase
what's being said here. First off, in history, at times it becomes
necessary for a group of people or a nation to severe political ties
which have connected them with another. In this case the Founders were
telling King George III that they were indeed severing ties with
England. In doing so, they were going to become an independent and equal
nation among the other nations on the earth. Now this is
important...who were they appealing to as the giver of their right to
become a separate and equal nation? Were they appealing to themselves,
were they appealing to another country or empire? NO! They were
appealing to the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God. In the minds of the
Founders [who were, with few exception, followers of Jesus Christ and
strong defenders of the Holy Bible] it was God the Creator and Owner of
all things that entitled the colonists to rightfully assume their status
of a free and independent nation of states. So, in order that they
might garner the understanding, respect and support of the nations
observing what was about to happen [war with Great Britain], the
Founders were openly declaring to a candid world the reasons they were
being forced to “Dissolve the political bands" which held them tied to
the English Crown.
I just want to make a brief
observation here on the subject of English tyranny. It is quite ironic
how much of America has grown accustomed to relating the Crown of
England to no more than a soap opera of the rich and famous. Most
Americans look at the Queen of England, Prince Charles and all the drama
surrounding the life of Princess Diana with a sort of "Hollywood"
inspired awe. Today Americans see the Crown of England with all its
pompous elites and fail to understand or remember what the Crown...what
Queen Elizabeth and the Royal Family really represent. This historical
Empire of outright tyranny and oppression should represent, in the eyes
of every warm-blooded American, a fearful example of what it means to
live under a Monarchy and under the subjection of a ruling elite!
Americans, based on our history with England, should look upon the Crown
not with a sense of awe or superficial honor, but with gut wrenching
feeling of utter revulsion! The Crown of England is tyranny! If we were
more familiar with true American history and our founding documents, I
believe most Americans would view that snobbish little queen across the
Atlantic in a different light altogether! How dare Americans even step
foot on English soil! England is currently one of the least free
countries on the planet and has become the worlds foremost police state!
No, today the English people are not living in a Hollywood soap
opera…they are living under complete tyranny!
Paragraph 2
"We
hold
these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal,
that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,
that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. That
to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving
their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed. That whenever any
Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of
the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government,
laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in
such Forms, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and
Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long
established should not be changed for light and transient Causes; and
accordingly all Experience hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to
suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by
abolishing the Forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long Train
of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces
a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it
is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards
for their future Security. Such has been the patient Sufferance of these
Colonies; and such is now the Necessity which constrains them to alter
their former Systems of Government. The History of the present King of
Great Britain is a history of repeated Injuries and Usurpations, all
having in direct Object the Establishment of an absolute Tyranny over
these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid World."
The more I read the Declaration
of Independence and the Constitution, the more amazed I am at how much
our Founding Fathers were able to convey in such few words. In my
opinion these men, because of their genuine desire seek the wisdom of
God in setting up our Republic, were truly able to, by divine guidance
and wisdom, come up with founding documents that were nothing short of
pure genius in the creation of the world's first true Republic! They
said what needed to be said, nothing more and nothing less.
I know that I am interjecting the God of the Bible quite a lot in my
discussions up to this point so I feel the need to make something very
clear. First, I am not attempting to proselytize anyone. What I am
attempting to do is get Americans to understand that the empirical
nature of America's Godly heritage forces a rational mind to come to the conclusion
that God played the main role in our Founding Father's success in their
endeavor to secure our freedom. If this is true then it stands to reason that God is going to play the major role in keeping America free. For this reason we need to remain committed to God and stop trying to kick Him our of our lives! The history of America's Godly heritage is just verifiable, historical fact
available to anyone willing to look for themselves. There are no two
ways about it! America's system of laws, our Founder's thoughts on
freedom and the idea that all men are created equal had their beginnings
within the pages of the Holy Bible. It is very well documented that our
Founding Fathers opened each session of Congress with deep prayer and
Biblical study. In fact most Americans today would label those who
founded our nation as "Jesus Freaks" and "Bible Thumpers" for sure! It was Congress who had the first English Holy Bible printed for mass distribution. Imagine that! And from the personal writings of men like John Adams and George Washington we learn that the men our Founders looked up to for guidance and wisdom were the leading Christian Ministers of the day...men like the Reverend Dr. Samuel Cooper, the Reverend Dr. Johanthan Mayhew, or the Reverend George Whitefield and Reverend Charles Chauncy. In
those days it was more the rule than the exception for one to have an
abiding relationship with the God of the Bible. This was especially true
if you were holding an elected office of some sort. Their commitment to God was not taken lightly and the Congressional
prayers ran on for hours in some cases. In fact the very first session of the very first Congress, our Founders opened with a 3 hour prayer and then studied 4 chapters of the Bible! This is all very well
documented. I wonder how much different our
country would look today if our current legislators were to take a hint
from our Founding Fathers in this regard? These were excruciatingly emotional times and in some instances our Founders
would cry out to God in fasting and repentance for His protection and
guidance. Andrew Jackson [the seventh President of the United States from 1829-1837] recognized God's influence in the success of America when he said, "The Bible is the rock on which our Republic rests." Please use the internet and read the recorded transcripts of
the first sessions of our nations Congress. Please read the letters and
diaries of our Founding Fathers and then try to maintain the case that
God had nothing to do with their success. The evidence for the Faith of
our Founding Fathers is so overwhelming as to make any question on the
subject laughable. The idea of "American Exceptional ism" has nothing to do with pride. David Barton the Founder of The Wall Builders organization said regarding American Exceptional ism, "This is not a comment on American Pride. We're not blessed in America because we have a four syllable word with an "A" on each end. We've been blessed in America because we have adopted certain principles that God was able to bless across that time." Just as God is not a respecter of persons, He is not a respecter of nations either. If a nation puts the God of the Bible first and obeys His principles as laid out in His Word, He will bless that nation. And that is what occurred 235 years ago. However, because virtually all Americans are severely
limited in their knowledge of true American history, it is very easy to buy
into the lie that we were the result of men who were just relying on
themselves, their luck and superior human intelligence to produce the greatest nation that has ever existed in the
history of mankind! Hogwash!
Consider this fact, our Founding
Fathers were able to lay out the entire workings of literally the first
Constitutional Republic in the history of mankind with two documents
that were not more than a few pages in their entirety. In fact the U.S.
Constitution contains only 4,400 words and can be read in its entirety
in 15-20 minutes! Let's compare that to the insane work of evil that our wicked hater of all freedom and Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, along with Harry Reid
and Barack Obama are trying to shove down the throats of the American
people. The ObamaCare legislation is nothing less than 2,000 pages
[that's 400,000 words] of pure tyranny that is by design, completely
unreadable, deceptive and open to interpretation. All Nancy Pelosi and
her ilk have accomplished with that document is to redefine the meaning
of the words "legalese" and "tyranny." This is a perfect example of why
we need to place in office "Statesman" and not "Politicians" whose only
claim to fame would be passing the Bar Exam and winning votes through
"Fraud" and "Good Acting." Oh, and contrary to what our high jacked
Congress and
Supreme Court judges say, the Constitution is NOT a "Living Document"
that can be changed as the seasons change! NO! The Constitution and the
Declaration of Independence are specific and to the point! The whole
"Living Document" lie is just another illegal method our tyrants in
government use to twist and misuse our founding document in a way that
lets them pass laws and lay down rulings which support the efforts of
their tyrannical agendas.
In the first sentence of the second
paragraph, the Founders make a truly revolutionary observation about the
true position of mankind in relation to a God centered creation. "We
hold these Truths to be self-evident..." They are going to set forth
some Truth. The Founders believed there was such a thing as Absolute
Truth and in their mind this truth was not relative. Truth was based on
the foundation of Jesus Christ of Holy Scripture and was indeed
(according to their own writings) the inerrant moral absolute that in a
world of "Thinkers" should be "Self-Evident." In other words, the
following Absolute Truths are so obvious; they really shouldn't need to
be supported with more evidence. What were these Truths?
1- "That
all
men are created equal!"
According to God, there
should be no elite ruling class. God created all men equal. There is no
favoritism. Each individual should [by virtue of their humanity] be
allowed to participate in life with the endless list of “Rights” and
“Freedoms” God has blessed all men with.
I think it appropriate at this
juncture to point out that a great many Americans have developed quite a
politically correct guilt complex over early America’s participation in
the slave trade during the first 100 years of her existence. Not
wanting to make light of this horrific chapter in American history, it
is important to acknowledge the apparent blatant hypocrisy we as 20th
& 21st century Americans perceive when we look back at that period
in our Nation's history. However, please understand this…the mindset in
those days was that the institution of slavery was a part of life for
the colonists. Today we think about that and we are completely appalled.
However, had you and I lived in those days, we no doubt would look at
slavery vs. the colonist struggle for freedom from Great Britain in a
different light. Again I will point out that our Founding Fathers
were listening to and being mentored by some of the greatest ministers
who ever lived. Mayhew, Cooper, Whitefield and Chauncy
were just a few well known ministers who were instrumental in laying a
foundation of morality and Biblical wisdom with which our Founding
Fathers were able to take on the task of setting a course for
freedom…not only freedom for whites, but freedom for blacks as well. And
even though some of our Founding Fathers were slave owners themselves;
they were of the mindset [primarily because of the teachings of Jesus
Christ] that eventually something would have to be done to abolish the
practice of slavery. Obviously what I am saying is true because shortly
after the young nation was established, the underlying attitudes about
slavery within the nation began to set about bringing change such that
it took less than a century to abolish the un-Biblical institution
altogether. This may seem like a long time, but when you look at history
and set young America’s dealings with slavery against the backdrop of
ALL other nations in this regard, it becomes quite clear that America
WAS indeed as Alexis DeTocqueville said, “Quite exceptional.” Each and
every empire, country and people on the planet has practiced slavery at
some point in time. The worst examples of human slavery come from within
the ethnic history of the Black race themselves. I am referring to the
ancient Egyptians [yes they were Black] who held the Jews as slaves for
400 years and modern Africa where the practice of human slavery is
rampant even today! In fact it was the waring Black tribes in Africa that captured
and sold their brothers and sisters from rival tribes to the white slave
traders in colonial America! With all due respect to my Black brothers
and sisters...and I realize that most Black American citizens don't feel
this way, but if you as an "African American" feel your fellow
Americans owe you something because at one point in time in American
history slavery was legal, you really do need to learn your own ethnic
history in more detail and maybe it might be a good idea for you to
visit Africa someday and then question whether or not America has really
done you a personal injustice! It is very disturbing to know that
today, there is more slavery than at any time in human history. With all
the politically correct talk of how evil America is because slavery was
legal in the early on, most do not want to face the fact that even
today slavery is still a major problem in West Africa! African nations
have how much more history than America? And yet they are still
practicing slavery of every sort including child slavery! In a 2001
article written by Ricco Villanueva Siasoco titled, “Modern Slavery,”
Mr. Siasoco states, “The slave trade in Africa was officially banned in
the early 1880s, but forced labor continues to be practiced in West and
Central Africa today. UNICEF estimates that 200,000 children from this
region are sold into slavery each year. Many of these children are from
Benin and Togo, and are sold into the domestic, agricultural, and sex
industries of wealthier, neighboring countries such as Nigeria and
Gabon.” Yet, America took less than a century to deal with and stop the
practice of slavery within her boarders. Again, America is exceptional
in this regard! Please lets not have anymore talk about the most
benevolent and God fearing nation ever to exist in the history of
mankind! The only ruling “Elite” according to our Founding Fathers and
our Founding Documents is the holy, loving and all-powerful God of
Scripture. Obedience to God means freedom for man. The whole history of
the Jewish nation is testament to this fact. When the Jews were
obedient…they were free, when they were disobedient as a nation, they
were led into bondage. God states this quite clearly in Jeremiah 12:17
when He says, “But if they will not obey, I will utterly pluck up and
destroy that nation, saith the LORD.” Please understand this as
well...the average American, white male is no more a racist
than Martin Luther King Jr. himself. No, I really believe I speak for
most of my fellow Americans when I say that we are proud and thankful to
have those in the Black community who work hard and are raising their
children right along side every other American citizen. With regard to
racism, what we as a nation of virtually every type of ethnic background
represented need to get a grip on is the fact that the TRUE RACISTS among
us are those elite, hardcore, Satan worshipers who have infiltrated the
our government at the highest levels. Again I am speaking of elected
officials within our very own government, business and Hollywood who's own religious belief
system teaches them that they are operating at a higher evolutionary
plane than you are I and are therefore more "human." This line of
reasoning is what truly puts them on a power trip and gives them the
ability to kill at will without remorse. It is this type of reasoning that allows a Ted Turner to make evil, public statements about humans just being "Useless Eaters!" Ted Turner is the true definition of a "racist" easily on par with that of Hitler! Many within our government are running in and out of Masonic Lodges, and take part in every secret society know to man like
the Skull and Bones at Yale, the Bohemian Grove, and Bilderberg meetings.
All of these organizations are steeped in the Occult and the worship of
Satan who is the father and promoter of all racism!
Yes, in America we have leaders
and we have Representatives, but we are all created equal by God. If
America makes God her king, there will be no need for a mortal king and
we will begin to see our country heal and become great once again.
2 - "They are endowed by their Creator with certain
unalienable Rights."
We (each and every man, woman
and child) are endowed? What does the word "Endowed,” mean...exactly.
This is critical to understand because it literally sets the framework
of everything a Constitutional Republic form of government is built on.
According to the Webster’s 1828 Dictionary, the word "Endowed" means:
"Furnished with a portion of estate; having dower settled on; supplied
with a PERMANENT fund; endued. What the Founding Fathers were saying
using the strongest word possible was that all men are given, have
inherited, are clothed with and have permanent access to certain Rights.
Now they not only used the word "Endowed," but for added assurance of
meaning, they also included the word "unalienable." According to
Webster’s 1828 Dictionary, the word "unalienable" means, "Not alienable;
that CANNOT be alienated; that may NOT BE TRANSFERRED." The antonym of
“unalienable” is the word "alienable," which means something that can be
sold or transferred. So, in this case, the Founding Fathers were, in
the strongest terms possible, telling the world that there are RIGHTS
given by God that absolutely could not be taken away, given away or sold
away. These rights were what it meant to be a part of humanity and a
creation of the living God. Separating a man from these rights would be
like trying to remove your own skin. A loving God gave these rights and
there was no way mankind could be separated from them. This is very
important to understand...for the first time in history, men of power,
men of wisdom, were recognizing that RIGHTS were a gift from God our
Creator and NOT a mere privilege bestowed by the hand of a benevolent
government. The reason it is so important to understand this is because
if RIGHTS are given by the governments of men, they can, because of the
sinful nature of man, just as easily be taken away! History has shown
this over and over again. Up until the founding of our great Republic,
ALL governments were the grantors of privileges and there was no such
thing as a God given “Right.” In the case of our Republic, government
cannot legally take away any of our God given “Rights.” For the first
time it is shown that the best form of government is a government that
is servant to the people, NOT people servant to the government! Our
Legislators NEED to friggen READ the Declaration of Independence and the
Constitution!
3 - "That
among
these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness."
By using the word "Among" in this statement, the Founders were saying
that the God given rights of mankind were not only Life, Liberty and the
Pursuit of Happiness. No, these were only three listed among a never
ending list of many. But they listed Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of
Happiness to show the vast wealth of rights God has given to all men. On
the wording in this portion of the Declaration, Clarence B. Carson
states, "Jefferson substituted "pursuit of happiness" for property. The
usual way of saying it is more logical, even if there is no substantial
difference in meaning. The right to life means, most basically, that no
one has a right to take a life. The right to liberty means, most
basically, the right to the exercise of one's faculties (mind and limbs)
without restraint by others. The right to property means the right to
the fruits of one's labors. At this point I need to point out how honorable it is that all freedom loving American's dutifully pay their taxes to Uncle Sam throughout the year. I must commend your Christian morals and desire to put forth your best civic display of servitude and pay a percentage of your labor to our Federal Government masters. You ALL willingly do this and yet our Founding Fathers found the idea of a tax on a person's income akin to SLAVERY and ANATHEMA to a FREE PEOPLE! At this point the bottom line is simply, IF YOU ARE PAYING YOUR TAXES, YOU ARE FUNDING NOT ONLY YOUR OWN SLAVERY, YOU ARE FUNDING YOUR CHILDREN'S SLAVERY AS WELL. Think about that one for a moment. If you have read the Constitution 101 section of this website you know that the 16th Amendment was illegally passed many years after our original Constitution was ratified. Our Founding Fathers NEVER had a bone in their freedom loving bodies that would have wanted, agreed to or allowed a tax on the people of this great nation's income...NEVER! But we go along with it because we are scared and because we don't know how to band together and tell our government masters ENOUGH, ENOUGH, ENOUGH...I'm no longer going to participate in your illegal ponzi scheme. (These rights were understood to be
conditioned, of course, by respect for the equal rights of others. For
example, one may forfeit his right to life by taking the life of
another.) The right to the "pursuit of happiness," on the other hand,
tends to fuse liberty and property. It means something like this: the
right to use one's own faculties for one's own ends or purposes.
Happiness, it should be noted, did not then refer to some sort of
subjective state of bliss, as we might nowadays suppose. It meant rather
that satisfaction that arises from developing one's abilities and
receiving the rewards from doing so."1
4 - "That
to
secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving
their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed."
In
this sentence, the Founders have succinctly stated exactly why true and
moral government is necessary. Governments are instituted, governments
are created in order to protect God given Rights AND just government
gets its power from the agreement of We the People! In other words…our
government…those 500+ lawless politicians in Washington are our
employees and are suppose to serve We the People! We pay them very large sums of money to represent us in
protecting our God given rights. You see, it’s all about “Rights” and
nothing about privileges. Our government was not created to give us
privileges; it was not created to take care of us! The bottom line is
that the U.S. Federal Government has usurped its power illegally.
Instead of protecting our “Rights” as it should be, it is actually
destroying them! Americans have been conditioned to accept this
“Role-Reversal,” if you will. It’s time we learn the truth and tell our
elected officials ENOUGH, ENOUGH, ENOUGH! You either do your job and serve We the People or you are going to be prosecuted and sent to prison...period!
5 - "That
whenever
any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it
is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute
new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing
its Powers in such Forms, as to them shall seem most likely to effect
their Safety and Happiness.”
When a government begins to
overtly exert power in such a way as to threaten our rights and freedoms
it is the right and duty of the American people to change it or get rid
of the rogue institution and replace it with an institution that will
most certainly remain a servant to “We the People.” As I stated in the
previous paragraph, our Government [when I say our government, I mean
those ruling elites who make up our legislature, the White House and
those Supreme Court Justices who make up our judicial branch] is indeed
become what our Founders spoke of in this section of the Declaration.
Whenever any Form of Government begins to take away “Rights,” the
tyranny and suffrage will continue until one of two things happens. We
either stand down and become literal slaves or we stand up and take back
our government. It is the Right and DUTY of We the People to alter or to abolish
it! These are the only two choices we have! The question is will we
stand up soon enough or will the current generation of Americans just
roll over like a scared puppy dog and lick the boots of their Washington
and International elite slave masters? Every day I ask myself, when will the
tyranny dished out by the banking elite in Washington and their puppets
in the White House and Congress be ENOUGH? What will it TAKE before
Americans wake up and say that’s it?! It is our “Right” as Creations of
God to change or get rid of our government and establish new Government.
The Declaration was written several years before the Constitution and
so a “Foundation” had not yet been laid down for the colonists, however,
our Founding Fathers were again very clear about the roll of government
being to “Effect their Safety and Happiness.” How government will best
protect the “Rights” of We the People will be dependent on its
Foundational Principles [i.e.-moral absolute of Scripture] and the way
in which the “Powers” given to government are handled.
“Prudence,
indeed,

hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are
sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms to which
they are accustomed.”
Using utmost caution and reserve should be used when determining whether
or not to change governments and a change of this magnitude shouldn’t
be taken on at a whim of course. The Founders observed that history has
proven that people or society would rather put up with the tyranny of
government as long as they can rather than reassert their rights by
abolishing the government they are currently under. This is no more true than, again, what we observe going on in America today. We as Americans continue to observe our government thumb their noses at our Constitution and the rule of law. They think they are above the law! I ask one more time...what will our government have to do to use before we say ENOUGH? What will it take? Will it take another 9/11? Will it take our government setting off a nuke in a major American city in order to justify more and more tyrannical legislation in the guise of SAFETY and friggen NATIONAL SECURITY?! The specific reasons our Founding Fathers led the charge to break free
from the tyranny of the British Empire are what makes the remaining
language of the Declaration of Independence. These were the long Train
of Abuses and Usurpations that were designed and put in force by Britain
to bring the colonies to a state of complete submission and slavery. It
is not at all hard to understand that We the People in 21st century
America are in a very similar situation today. However, there are
significant differences between what the colonists faced against Great
Britain and what Americans face today against our own government. The
biggest difference being that the real enemy facing the American people
today is operating behind a curtain of secrecy and has gained control of
our elected officials who are our own employees and who are "given" their "privilege" by We the People. This real enemy is actually a group of foreign
and domestic “Old Money” banking entities that have enormous amounts of
money and power. It is extremely hard to win a war when you cannot
identify your enemy. This is why you rarely hear about the activities of
entities like the House of Rothschild or Rockefeller dynasties. The
money behind these two families makes the billions of the Bill Gates
Foundation pale in comparison. America's subjection to tyranny has
been far less public and far less "in your face” than the tyranny the
colonists faced under King George III. The reason is that subsequent
generations of Americans were starting out in a country that was
being operated as a true Republic. Therefore any dramatic attempts by
those in power behind the scenes to institute tyranny would be met with
stiff resistance from the people of the United States. For example the
push for a central banking entity was being dealt with from the very
early days of our nations history. Study the Jackson Administration and you will see how hard he fought to keep the banksters from taking over our government. In fact Andrew Jackson himself said his greatest accomplishment as President of the United States was foiling these the illegal schemes of the Central Bank. However it wasn’t until 1913 that the
international banksters successfully set in place political mechanisms
and people within our government which ultimately forced Congress [by
illegal and subversive means] to hand over its power to regulate our
economy to the private corporate banking cartel we fondly know as
the Federal Reserve System. To understand this "debacle" one needs to study the Wilson Presidency. It was President Woodrow Wilson who signed America's death certificate when he signed the Federal Reserve Act into law. By the stroke of a pen Wilson effectively handed over all control of our country into the hands of a few, wealthy, and entirely un-American bankers! Woodrow Wilson on his deathbed was quoted as saying, "I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated governments in the civilized world. No longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men."
Unlike what our Founding Fathers faced
against Great Britain, we as Americans today are facing an enemy without
a face. Our enemy is operating from within our own shores and is
slowly, methodically, under cover of darkness successfully raping,
stealing and destroying our freedoms! Our enemy has brilliantly led the
American people under trance with the promise of government-sponsored
security to a pot of cold water. Once we all jumped into the pot the
government then, over the course of an hundred years or more, turns up
the heat wherein We the People enjoyed our new found “false freedom” in a
pot of water that was slowly warming to our liking. We got more goodies
and more help from our benevolent government while at the same time we
were being looted by higher taxes, a wasting dollar and less freedom.
Now We the People are in that pot with the water so hot we are beginning
to see our fellow Americans die because of the heat! People, we need to
wake up and jump out of the pot before we are all boiled ALIVE! We need
to jump out of the water, turn off the heat and RESTORE THE REPUBLIC!
“Such has been the patient Sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now
the Necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of
Government. The History of the present King of Great Britain is a
history of repeated Injuries and Usurpations, all having in direct
Object the Establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States.”
The colonists indeed had suffered greatly at the hands of British
tyranny and as indicated here in the Declaration, the Founders, by
necessity of survival and freedom are taking matters directly to King
George with the declaration that they are now altering their system of
government. The colonists had suffered under the King a history of
repeated injuries and usurpation's. What exactly does the word
"usurpation" mean? According to Websters 1828 Dictionary the word
usurpation means: The
act
of seizing or occupying and enjoying the property of
another, without right; as the usurpation of a throne; the usurpation
of the supreme power. Ultimately the colonists and our Founding Fathers
understood that the tyranny of the British Empire wouldn't stop with
just the usurpation's that had already occurred. It is important to understand that
once a government begins to over step it's bounds, it is only a matter
of time before the people will be forced into a state of "absolute
tyranny." The end game of all tyranny is complete slavery and death to
those being terrorized.
“To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid World."
The
Declaration
also served the purpose of declaring to the world at large
what the colonies were up against and what they intended to do about it.
However, it was politically important that not only King George
understand the specific reasons for secession, but that other
influential nations around the world understand the strength of their
case as well.
List of Usurpation(s) and Abuses by King George III against the Colonists
He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary
for the public good.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing
importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should
be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend
to them.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large
districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of
Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and
formidable to tyrants only.
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual,
uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records,
for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his
measures.
He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with
manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause
others to be elected, whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of
Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise;
the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of
invasion from without, and convulsions within.
He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for
that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners;
refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and
raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
He has obstructed the Administration of Justice by refusing his
Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone for the tenure of
their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of
Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.
He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the
Consent of our legislatures.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to
the Civil Power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign
to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent
to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
For protecting them, by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders
which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefit of Trial by Jury:
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences:
For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring
Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging
its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument
for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies
For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and
altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves
invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his
Protection and waging War against us.
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and
destroyed the lives of our people.
He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries
to compleat the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun
with circumstances of Cruelty & Perfidy scarcely paralleled in the
most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized
nation.
He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas
to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their
friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured
to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian
Savages whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction
of all ages, sexes and conditions.

"In
every
stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in
the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only
by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every
act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free
people."
Here
the
Founding Fathers are again reemphasizing the fact that the tyranny
was progressive and at "each stage" of the oppression, the colonists had
sought, in the most respectful and humble terms a "Redress" of their
grievances. In this case the word redress means: To remedy; to
repair; to relieve from. However, King George, because of his flawed
"character," refused to heed the legitimate petitions of the colonists
and was therefore identified for what he was - a tyrant that was unfit
to rule a "free people."

"Nor
have
We been wanting in attentions to our British brethren. We have
warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to
extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of
the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have
appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured
them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations,
which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence.
They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity.
We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our
Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in
War, in Peace Friends."
When
reading
the history behind our nations beginnings, it is important to
understand that the colonists were, for the most part, pro English and
certainly not at all wanting to separate themselves from Great Britain
simply for the sake of calling themselves Americans. At that time there
was no such thing as Americans per say. The colonists were and
considered themselves a proud part of the English Empire. This fact
played a role in the patience of the colonists as a whole. However,
because of their very firm desire to be a people living in submission
and obedience to the God of the Bible, there was a general understanding
of true freedom and they were somewhat more sensitive to the signs of
tyranny and its insidious progression than we are today. From the very
beginning, the colonists were conducting business, and truly living as
an extension of Great Britain. However, as the motivations of the flawed
character of King George was exercised in relation to his dealings with
the colonists, it became apparent the King had no desire to let the
colonists operate as a "free" outpost of his British Empire. As is the
case today with our own law making body - Congress, the British
Parliament was the primary instrument of King George's tyranny. This
problem was made clear by the Founders by inclusion of the language, "We
have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to
extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us." The phrase "unwarrantable
jurisdiction" simply means the illegal execution of the law. In this
paragraph of the Declaration the Founding Fathers are continuing to
explain how they have made it a point to deal with the Crown in a most
appropriate manner given the fact that the King was a tyrant. They had
reminded the King of the clear history of the brotherly relationship
between the New World and England. They had tried to communicate with the
King by appealing to his sense of humanity in the hopes that he would
take the high road and realize the tyranny must stop before the
situation escalated to the next step. In other words, the Founders here
are painting the truthful picture for the world to see that indeed this
act of complete secession with England was being forced upon the
colonists as the ONLY option left after each and every effort was made
to remain loyal to the Crown as a free people. Ultimately, the Founder's
articulate, King George III had even turned a "deaf" ear to justice and
consanguinity:
the
relation of persons by blood; the relation or connection of persons
descended from the same stock or common ancestor. In the final line of
this paragraph, the Founders in a very respectful and benevolent way explain that as a result
of King George's pursuit of tyranny against the colonies, they are being
forced to give in to the pressure for secession and declaring war
against Great Britain!
Paragraph 7
"We,
therefore,
the Representatives of the united States of America, in
General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the
world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by
Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and
declare, That these united Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free
and Independent States, that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to
the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and
the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and
that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War,
conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all
other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. — And
for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the
protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our
Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor."
In conclusion, the Founding Fathers
give the Declaration document its seal of authority from the
"Representatives" and the colonists of the several states by their
appeal to the Supreme Judge [God Almighty] with the hope of justice
wherein the Colonies should be "Free and Independent States." Therefore,
again, so that there is absolutely no misunderstanding, they were
executing their Godly right to secede from Great Britain in every
way..."totally dissolved." And as Free and Independent States, have full
Power to declare War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances [establish
treaties/relationships with other nations], establish Commerce or
whatever else Free and Independent States have the right to do.
I firmly believe the success the Founding Father's secured in their war
for independence from the tyranny of Great Britain was directly related
to the attitude summed up in the last line of the Declaration of
Independence. Our Founding Fathers had an unwavering faith in the power
of the God of the Bible and as such they were willing to put everything
on the line. They believed in what they were doing so completely that
they were pledging their "Lives," their "Fortunes," and their Sacred
Honor" for it! This is what Liberty was worth to those brave men of
faith. This is what justice and righteousness was worth to those brave
men of faith.
As I daily go about sharing my own message of Liberty with my fellow
Americans, my heart is severely tortured with the realization that most
Americans place very little value on Freedom and the tremendous price
that millions around the world have paid to secure it. We in America
have become as spoiled children who think the pleasures of life simply
exist for the taking. Well, it is my fear that if the "Patriot Message"
is not taken seriously and in short order the mechanisms of our
Constitution enforced by We the People to stop the outright tyranny our
government is forcing on us; we as a nation will NOT be given even the
LUXURY of fighting for our liberty! Indeed the war will be lost before
even one battle is fought!
